Can I Get Married Without Parents Consent

My question involves juvenile law in the State of: Nevada . I thinking of running away from my mom because we have no relationship , she keeps saying things like i see why people don't have kids and other hurtful things. She rather hangout with her friends then take me to a sewing class and when she does take me somewhere she complains she could have been friends and she makes me go to parties and won't let me get a learners permit or get a job or even do my own hair or let me go outside to be with friends or even go to friend's house. I am 15 but i don't want to mess up my education but i can't stand her! Its always her her her! She wants to move because there's to many dead beats here. When personally i love it but she doesn't care. My plan was to wait until 18 or until i get a job and save up enough money to move and get emancipated. I read if u get married there's a better chance of getting emancipated. There is a person i do want to get married to. We been together for a long time. He gave me a ring and everything. I am ready to be on my own. I am to young to get a credit card or a job or place by my self in my name. Is it possible to get married without parents permission? i will 16 in 5 months. Is there anything i can do?

Get married and move out when you are 18. You have serious issues and sound doomed to get knocked up, by your own immaturity.

You're a minor, and there are very good reasons we don't allow minors to make such decisions.

No, you absolutely cannot get married at the age of 15, not even with parental consent. You cannot marry without parental consent until the age of 18.

Emancipation is not an option, you are neither self supporting, nor of age.

You cannot marry without consent at 15, nor yet at 16.

What can you do? You can suck it up. You're not going through anything that the majority of teenagers don't go through. Emancipation is NOT an option.

And without wanting to sound mean (though I'm sure that's how it will come across), wanting to run away only proves that you're nowhere near mature enough to be out on your own.

Actually, I did some research. I have to be 16 to file for emancipation and 17 or 16 to marry with a parent present it doesn't have to be mine.

Actually no. The only girl that my school going threw this is my friend. I am friends with everyone. People open up to me a lot. Most of this is for her i asked this mostly for her. Mine was the married part. And her step dad hits her a lot and her mom looked on line to learn how to do stitches so they wont have to go hospital for any reason.It Is actually.
