    Arraignment Judge is Ex's Attorney
My question involves child support in the State of: Arkansas

Ill try to make this short, I got behind on my child-support had a warrant issued so i turned myself in. i was allowed to bond out. but here is the kicker. the Arraignment judge will be my ex wife attorney. I cant afford a attorney on my own so ill have to use a public defender. Is this even legal? im sure the judge has his mind made up before i even go before him. Who can i talk to so i can request a different judge or is this even possible?

The judge at arraignment is largely perfunctory. If he is acting in a biased manner you can get your lawyer to request recusal.
