Turned right on red, caught on private property
I was pulled over this morning on the way to work for turning right on red where it was posted as prohibited. After I committed the offense, I turned into my parking lot at work and the officer waved me over. The officer pointed out the sign and wrote a citation.

My question is that the officer was located on private property (where I work) while monitoring the intersection. Since he witnessed me turning, then stopped me inside that very same parking lot that is private property, do I have any way to challenge the citation?

    This is in Columbus, Ohio.

I don't think that one is going to work--I don't know whose property he was on and he may have had the property owner's permission to be there but even if he was trespassing that isn't something that you would have standing to challenge (unless perhaps it was your own property that he was on). In short, he will be able to testify as to what he observed.
