My question involves criminal law for the state of: Sex Offenses
Several years ago, me and a friend were hanging out. We both got very drunk and I asked to give him oral sex. He agreed. Nothing happened past that. He left later that night and drove home. I have heard that he is now bringing charges against me. Did I do anything against the law? What charges can he bring against me?

then, the state would be great. After all, you were already asked that once.
In addition to ages and the state, it is important to know what you mean by "several years ago?" How many years have passed?
