Being Charged for Samples

No demand for payment. And it is in the letter that I will not be charged or billed for samples given to me to distribute, nor will I be charged in the future. It reads that I was just doing as I was instructed. Had no independent access to the storage unit as I had no key, so all product distributed to me was documented fully by (Owner).

I also asked for my paperwork back as well....and got it. No doubt a copy was probably made. But I have the original. Independent contractor agreement with my signature, etc.

I guess it also helped that I pointed out...oh, gee, I found a copy of my MLCC paperwork, and just learned that giving away sample bottles is not legal.
