Going to Court for Shoplifting Charges
My question involves criminal law for the state of: Florida

I got caught shoplifting from Walmart about a month ago. My court date is tomorrow. There was another girl with me and they put our cases together. What should I do tomorrow? I am a minor, and the girl with me was one as well. We both do not have any criminal records. But I do have a full time job, will I have to do community service? My family already paid the civil demand. I'm not sure what else is left. I've read that pleading guilty is bad(?) but I know I did it, isn't pleading not guilty like saying you didn't do it?

    Thank you in advance.

where are your parents? They and your attorney are who you should be speaking with.

"Hire a lawyer" comes to mind.
