    Quote:

    (1) Felony. Unless a different maximum sentence for a classified felony is specifically established by a statute of this state, no person convicted of a classified felony shall be punished by confinement or fine exceeding the following:

    (a) For a class A felony, by confinement in a state correctional institution for a term of life imprisonment, or by a fine in an amount fixed by the court of fifty thousand dollars, or by both such confinement and fine;
    Quote:

    Murder in the second degree.
    (1) A person is guilty of murder in the second degree when:

    (2) Murder in the second degree is a class A felony.

    Looks like up to life and/or up to a $50k fine.

    So, he has XIV for Murder 2, he has VII for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, he has IV for Possession of a Stolen Firearm. Do you add these or do they just run concurent?
