Getting Unemployment After Termination for Unsatisfactory Work Performance

My question involves unemployment benefits for the state of: NY. I was recently terminated for unsatisfactory Work performance( Terminating letter box that was marked) The small passage states that i have been warned several times for proper service(waiter at Iron Chef Restaurant) . Thee initial write up was because i didn't write down the guess order correctly and and they complained the order was placed wrong. The mgt involved seem to dislike me due to me disagreeing with him 1 month prior on a guest issue. However, the previous warning letter states that i violated company policies. the 2nd and final letter says Unsatisfactory Work Performance: thee incident was entirely different from the other write up. A guest complained on the timing of their food and beverages. (my last straw i guess). Do you think I have a chance at getting unemployment as i have already applied? and will UE use my termination letter cause as the reason i was fired which is poor performance and not a willful misconduct or company policy violations.. The briefing says failure to provide proper service... any help will be kind to this question(s)

From what you've said here, you should be fine with UI.

Your response is I did my job to the best of my ability with the training I was given. It should not be hard to find another job.

Usually, poor performance is not a disqualifier for unemployment.
