Getting Visitation After Signing Away Your Rights
My question involves paternity law for the State of: Nevada

My husband was in the military and stationed in Texas, his ex wife up and left and moved and filed for divorce in the state of Nevada. She talked him into sighing his righst away because he couldn't go see him and couldn't pay child support. No one adopted the child.

Can he get his rights as a father back?

He signed them away on his own the courts did not terminate them

What EXACTLY did he sign? Was it signed by a judge?
