Possession and Paraphernalia
My question involves criminal law for the state of: Pennsylvania
I was recently arrested at the age of 15. I am facing charges of possession and paraphernalia. I was caught with less than a gram of marijuana and a pipe. This is my second arrest. My first arrest was for petty theft and i only paid a fine. I am wondering on what sentence i am facing and is getting an attorney worth it?
Re: Possession and Paraphernalia
Your disposition is going to depend upon your home, school, community and prior criminal records, as well as the policies of the local prosecutor and judge. If you want to know what is likely to happen, I suggest consulting a local lawyer.
