What Happens with Foreclosure After Bankruptcy Discharge
My question involves a mortgage in the state of: Michigan
I went through bankruptcy 2.5 years ago and did not reaffirm my mortgage, but kept up with payments until now. I am now going through forecosure and just found out my house is going to auction in May. Since I've already been through bankruptcy, will my credit take another hit when the foreclosure is final? Is the foreclosure reported on my credit report even though the house was discharged in bankruptcy? I'm concerned about being able to find an apartment if my credit takes another hit. I live in Michigan.
Thanks to anyone who can help.

The status of your mortgage account, on your credit report, should be included in bankruptcy and zero balance. It should not take another hit and if it does dispute it with the mortgage holder.
