Can I Sue My Wife for Filing False Complaints and Sending Me to Jail

I am working in Houston Texas with a visa. I am from India and that Indian women married me only for money. One day she called the Houston police and said that I have beaten her and threatened her to kill. So I was arrested and kept in Jail for 2 days and then I came out on bail. There was a protection order from the court that I cannot meet her for 2 months. So she left me and ran away to India against my wishes. She called the Harris County court from India and said that I am threatening her again and that is why she went to India. Finally the case was dismissed within a month without any conviction.

As she is still threatening me, I have filed a Divorce case in India last month. As she has filed a false compliant on me and the case was dismissed, I want to file a case to sue her in the US for my Attorney fees etc. Now she is in India. Please advice.

Not likely to happen.

She's a grown woman and free to live wherever she likes - she doesn't need your consent.
