My question involves a child custody case from the State of: AL/KY
My ex and I have joint legal custody and he has physical custody of our 2 children. They just recently moved to be with him (per orders) and he signed one of our children up for an extra curricular activity without my consent and refuses to give me the information about where the activity is taking place. I didn't agree to this, and I would just like to know where my child will be. If things like this have to be agreed upon by both of this, isn't he in violation of the court orders? He is obviously hard to deal with and just likes to do things to make me mad, but this is ridiculous. This is about our child and I need to be in the loop. Can I file contempt charges for things like this? Thank you in advance for your help.
