that would be one of the many many many such situations. It seems I read about at least one situation at least once a month. I just cannot figure out the attraction: an adult with a child. I don't care what the molester wants to claim, there is a noticeable difference in the maturity between a < 16 yo and a >18 y/o. I just cannot see why anybody would want to mess around with a little kid. It's sick.

Can anyone (including OP) please explain to me why the OP felt the need to reverse the genders in this situation?

Manipulation and the false hope that as a female, she'd not face the same exact incarceration, sex offender registration, and the other accoutrements that go along with having sex with children. But alas....she does.

This situation happened to a cousin of mine a few years ago.

OP, my cousin was the older one (four years older than the male) and she ended up on the sex offender registry.
My cousin cannot live close to a school due to her sex offense even though she has two children.
It was the male's parents that turned her in (which is very common in these situations).

I'm baffled that you're concerned with a last name right now. I'm baffled that you seem to have no idea how serious what you did was. He was 12!

Total proof of how effed up the OP is; she shagged a child and her main concern at this point in time is what last name to use?

She's got more issues than National Geographic in my humble opinion.
