Going Straight in a Right Turn Only Lane
My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of:
I drove from Fairfax to Venice, LA, on the right lane, south to north. There is no sign to show right turn only, but I got a ticket of CVC 22101(d). May I ask are there any suggestions to show how I can waive the ticket? My written declaration was denied...Thank you very much!

What are you missing? You ignored the sign that said "lane ends, move left". It is there to clear that lane for right turns only and prevent traffic backups from "special" people like yourself who attempt to shove their way into the straight lane, while getting stuck in the intersection.
Try Googling 2112 South Fairfax Avenue, Los Angeles, United States

Your post reads as if its some sort of puzzle. Please provide more detailed information about the location, anything stated by you or the officer or any notations on the citation. You maybe able to obtain a copy of the officer's declaration and that might provide you with some insight on what he will testify to.

Thus far, your cryptic-like post is of no help at all.

OP was on Fairfax approaching Venice, in Los Angeles, intending to go straight. As you approach the intersection, at the address I specified, is a sign, giving notification the right lane ends and to merge left. OP ignored the sign. At the intersection of Venice, the right lane ends. OP ignored the sign and drove into or near the intersection and at some point put finally used their turn signal and changed lanes in the straight lane, illegally.
