Can a 17-Year-Old Move Out Due to Abuse
My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: Missouri
If I am in a situation where my dad is a work. Well what if my step brother hits me on purpose and my step mom approves it by letting me have emotional problems. I have a mark and I'm 17. My brother is three years younger than me. I don't know what to do.
If I feel unsafe and scared can I move out if I'm being hurt?

    Re: 17 and Needing
Call CS or the police to report the assault.

You are in no way a candidate to be able to legally move out.

If you are being abused, call CPS. They will investigate, and if you are found to be in an abusive/dangerous situation, they'll put you in foster care until you are 18.
