Sex Offenses: Can My Boyfriend Get Charged for Getting Me Pregnant

Hello . I need some help . For the past 10 months , I have been dating a man by who shortly after meeting , I became pregnant . I was 17 when we met , and still am . I am also current 9 months pregnant (due march 14th) . He just turned 23 yesterday (march 10th) and I turn 18 on april 23rd . My mother has known he was over 18 the whole time (though didn't know specifically he was 22 until around 8 weeks ago . From the begining of the relationship , she would let him stay the night at our home , in my room . In other words , she obviously was in knowledge that we were still sexual and had been . Well , a dispute occured yesterday between me and her , and she kicked me out (I only stayed out for one night , with my grand mother , and came back this morning) . Now this morning , she told me she was going to file charges against him , and that he was no longer allowed at our home . I agreed to fallow her rule that he was not allowed over (her home , her rule) but told her she was being unreasonable for trying to press charges . She is mainly wanting to do so because last night , in her drunken rage , she called him , cussing him out and calling him very nasty things and then hung up on him without letting him speak , so he sent her a text , calling her white trash and a bad mom .

I was previously told that age for consent to sex was 17 and as long as there was not a 5 year difference in the ages , it was legal . Now I'm having doubts .
