Co-Inventor Sold Rights to Patent

I am co-inventor of a product that was licensed to another company for royalties which I was not placed on the royalty agreement. The other co-inventor created the agreement and is receiving the royalties. Can I get a court order to stop the sell of the product and go after the other co-inventor?
