If You Live Independently of Your Parents, Can You Get Emancipated
My question involves juvenile law in the State of: Washington
I am 16, I live outside of my parents and exchange nannying services for rent. I have done so for over 3 months now. the first two months my parents paid for my groceries and my dogs food. Now i have a second job and pay for everything (groceries, car payment, car insurance, phone bill, etc) but my second job I am not off work until 10 pm, and my roommates go to sleep at about 9, so me coming home wakes them up. I have been looking for other places to rent because now that i have a second job i can easily afford rent and do not need to exchange nannying. My parents however do not want me moving elsewhere unless it is back in with them.
I have lived off and on with them for since 14 and it has NEVER worked long term. We scream, yell, throw things at each other and at one point it got physical (i threw a cheeseburger, my dad chased me through out the house trying to pin me to the ground) I was molested at 12, date raped at 14, and have a lot of anger towards my parents for this sort of thing. My grades suck when I live with them, they are constantly calling the cops on me for cutting my wrists, and NO ONE is happy. We have tried counseling, they put me on ARY two different times.(which has done nothing for anyone and I have only broken those rules once, over a year ago in which i did community service for) We have all admitted to each other that things are much happier for everyone when we are living apart.
Living away from them and supporting myself has had serious positive effects. I am in college full time through running start (a program that allows you to recieve both college and high school credit for college classes), I work full time making a bare minimum of two grand per month. I have money for not only my necessities but to build a savings account and even spend just for fun, and I have not cut in in months. I have never been into drugs or partying and could pass any sort of drug test.
I dont hate my parents, I don't want to get rid of them. But my fear is that this sort of drama may have very very long term negative effects on our relationship that we might not be able to fix. Is this good enough reasoning for emancipation?

You can surely apply for emancipation. Here are the laws on emancipation for Washington:

the forms you will need:

This OP actually does have a shot.
The biggest problem I see is a landlord renting to a 16 year old (even an emancipated 16 year old).
