How Long Do You Have to Support Your Children
My question involves child support in the State of: PA
How long do parent's legal obligations to their children continues? and, does a table of Emancipation Laws for various states exist?

Parents are generally responsible until the child reaches the age of emancipation in their particular state (18 in most, but not all). However, for purposes of child support, obligation can continue PAST this age, most often if the child is enrolled in college. The exact obligation for any particular case is spelled out in the child support order for that case, despite statutory emancipation.

In most states, its now age 18 or graduation from high school...whichever comes later. Therefore someone should not assume or even guess that their child would be emancipated before high school graduation.
