Immigration Problems Due to Bigamous Marriages
Ive got 2 bigamous marriages and i ended up filing for an annulment on the first one and divorce on the later...both husbands are US citizens, but the second bigamous marriage, ive got US citizen kids! now i wanted to visit my inlaws for them to see my kids for the first time! but i dnt know what to do to straighten things out...since they will see my two bigamous marriages, although both are null and void/divorced already! the dad of my kids cant petition me anymore because we got divorced for the sake of legal issues and technicalities! (1)can the the dad of my kids and I get married again later on? (2) can i apply non-immigrant visa? (3)or can i apply for fiance visa so we can get married in the states! THANK YOU FOR THE ADVICE!

In your haste to illegally get US citizenship you may be permanently rejected for falsifying paperwork.

You have already told us that you don't plan to immigrate to the U.S., so you will need to address your questions to a resource relating to whatever country it is to which you want to emigrate.

That's why I'm asking, since first I need to go to US to see my in laws...but if ever me and husband reconcile since we don't want to divorce anyway, we just need to divorce to straighten things with the documents in the country where we got married since its technically questionable under the law! I hope you know what I mean!

That's why I said, IF EVER IVE GOT A PROBLEM with my staying in US, such as applying for immigrant visa since my husband and I are divorced already! And specifying which country which country I want to migrate to work or get married is not relevant in this forum! What I'm hoping to get a clear answer is about the US law for similar cases like mine...thanks for emphasizing that!

As indicated in your other thread, given your history of bigamous marriages, you will benefit from discussing any plan toward immigration with an immigration lawyer.
