Can a Dentist on a H1B Visa Open His Own Practice
I am a dentist working with an employer under an H1B visa in Texas. I have the required licences and finished my studies (DDS) in US itself. My employer is bordering on exploitation and cutting back on bonuses contracted for. The employer knows that I working on an H1B, and so I will not take any legal steps against them, which I won't.
I want to start my own practice/company and sponsor myself for a Visa, and eventually a green card. Is this somehow possible ??

Absolutely NOT. Frankly, I have strong reason to suspect as to the validity of your existing H1B.

flyingron, What makes you suspect the validity of my existing H1B ?

I'm not asking for any illegal methods/defraud an employer. Just asking for immigration help if someone has been in a similar situation (or knows a solution) and if there are any Investor/Employment creation visas (like the Entrepreneur visas) that could apply to my situation as a dentist who can sponsor his own visa and create employment. Any suggestions are welcome.

Why should being in a legal status in the US prevent you from pursuing a contract dispute? You need to consult an attorney to review your contract.

How was it you had a qualifying employment if you had to pursue courses to finish your accreditiation?
H1B allows employers to bring in qualified specialty workers to which they can't find other lawful (US residents, work visa holders, etc..) to fill. You have to be already qualified unless I misunderstood what you are saying.
You certainly can NOT go into business for yourself. You can try to find another employer to sponsor the H1B or if you qualify apply to adjust your status to some other sort of visa.
