50/50 Joint Legal Visitation

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Michigan..I share 50/50 joint legal custody with my exwife. The visitation was going ok for awhile. She has started to with hold our 3 kids from me on my visitation which is every Monday,Tuesday and every other weekend. She has started to say the old kid is sick,he or them dont want to come over. My question is...Can I legaly thru the courts do something about this to enforce the visitation.
