I was charge with a simple assault . I was in the club trying to get back stage where I belong but the women that was guarding the door said I couldn't go back there with out the right band so I kept asking her what did I need to when I go down to the ticket office ill know what to get , I asked her over and over and again she never told me and got rude and push me out the door way so I went and got the right band that thought was right to get backstage so as I go back up to show her she tells me that's not right I needed a stamp to get back there, so I ask her why didn't you tell me that the 1st time she ignored my question rudely cursed me out we got into a arguement , I got kick out of the club . Went around the block to cool off , came back to gather my friends , so the cops put me in cuffs and said she said that I slapped her in her face , I never touched her at all . She white I'm black I think she was having a bad they and lied on me! Will I get convicted ? I have a person that saw the whole thing and never saw me touch her !

No one can possibly say whether you will get convicted or not. Maybe, yes ... maybe, no. Heck, the DA may never file on you!
What state are you in, and what is the code section (number) of the statute you are charged with violating? -

It appears to be a class I misdemeanor. If charged, you should seek legal counsel. If you cannot afford one, counsel should be appointed for you by the court. A lot will depend on who says what to the police, and whether the prosecutor believes he can make a case beyond a reasonable doubt at trial.
