How Should I Prepare when Applying for Us F-1 Visa, After Getting Suspended from the
    Hello,

I got suspended from my previous university. And they terminated my visa status with a remark for "Academic misconduct" . Now, I applied to other US universities and have got admission in 3 out of 4 places applied. I am wondering how should I prepare myself for the F-1 Visa interview ? Should I tell the truth ? Will they even look my previous sevis record to see why it was terminated ?

    Also what are my chances?

P.S I have admissions to university which have rank of 30-38 in Regional West according to US news.

    Thanks

You may be inadmissible due to the reason for your suspension.

I cannot believe that any reasonable school would have admitted someone suspended for "academic misconduct" - i.e. cheating.

The fact that you would consider not being truthful in a visa interview speaks again to the reason for your dismissal from school.

    Buh..It was for plagiarism.

And the reason I asked of speaking not the truth is because many places on the internet it says people did that and got away. Thats why I ASKED.

"Plagiarism" is cheating. You submitted someone else's work as your own.

You really need to go home and take a class in ethics. Just because someone did something against the law and was not caught does not make it OK. There are many murderers who have not yet been caught and punished. Does that make it OK for someone else to commit that crime?
