At What Age Can a Minor Leave Home

i'm not sure how to do this,but here goes. i have a 17 yr old son who has for yrs been hell on wheels. at what age can he leave my home? we live in texas btw. i don't kno what else 2 do.. he's father is not a part of his life anymore.. i need some help please :/

If you want your son to move out and he has a safe, appropriate place to live, give him permission.
