Cashier Caught Making Fraudulent Returns

Yeah I am a first offender and how do I get a hold of my public defender to find out who I have they haven't told me anything yet Idk what I was thinkin when I did this

First time CAUGHT offender. $13K shows you were brazen enough to do it and keep doing it, and had probably done it before. That is what the judge is going to think.

You need to call the County Court and ask how to reach the public defender.

You really would be best off hiring a private attorney though. He/she can devote more time to your case than the P.D. can.

This particular kitty is constantly claiming to never have had any run ins prior to this little embezzlement issue, but just asked about criminal trespass.
