You would miserably fail as a witness and why would anyone try and intimidate you? Certainly not to confuse you or make you contradict yourself... You do a good job of that on your own!

I dunno about you TG but I've about had it with this person. You can stay and play if you want. I'm sure he'll come back and tell us how it all got thrown out, the officer was fired and the city paid him a big payout to avoid a lawsuit.

If you've had it with this person (no need for ellipsis, I assure you I'm human), then why do you keep responding and making illogical statements like the one in your previous post? Leave me alone, and go help others instead of trying to win a discussion on the internet.

Ok. How about I saw it and I didn't ignore it? In logical terms, you stated:

    A or (not A and B)

    A is "you missed it"

    (not A and B) is:

you didn't miss it (not A) and you ignored it (B).

How about not A and not B? I didn't miss it, I didn't ignore it. Perhaps the officer made a mistake, or a number of other possibilities. It's logically possible.

Case closed on your faulty logic.

I defer to you on this one. I did not think of that possibility. Point to you. I do not, however, believe it applies to you. You stated that

It turns out there is a stretch of 1/2 mile where the speed limit is 30.

which implies you did not see it.

They are easy to predict, aren't they! He is clearly beyond our ability to provide any help. And so I'm done as well!
