Minor Consumption with Wrong Year

My question involves juvenile law in the State of: Minnesota
I recieved a minor consumption ticket but the year for the date the offence was commited on the citation is wrong....so I figured is there a chance worth to fight the ticket for I was not guilty on the date cited???

if dismissed another citation would be written right away with the correct year and a new court date given.
