    One Person with Two Social Security Numbers
    Is it legal for one person to uses two names and two social security? Bank accounts, real-estate Titles, business accounts, etc...
    This person has been convicted of tax fraud in the past and to hide assets of income has two ss# cards.
    What are the charges?

    is it legal that original name of person, was convicted of tax fraud, made second name to hide income as they are collect on 1st name ss and on 2ed name make income?

    If the person is committing criminal fraud or identity theft, then no, that would not be legal.

    this is a family member that has hurt other family members financially and the goal is to turn this info over to IRS.
