Staff Member of Juvenile Program Accused of Sex With Minor

My question involves criminal law for the state of: So im military but husband isnt. before we moved he use to work at a juvenile program and was accused of having sex with one of the females there... long story short, DCF cleared him of any wrong-doing so we thought it was behind us. This was in Jan 2012. Turns out a warrant was issue for him in Sept 2012 and he was arrested Jan 2013. Looks like he was running but we really didnt know about this.... Apparently there is a baby involved now and we are trying to figure out his options?? if any?? Im just confused on what our next step is...

Ditto. A paternity test will be conclusive proof unless he is asserting the underage female watched him play with himself, then salvaged the residue.
