State and Federal Entities

My question involves civil rights in the State of: Tennessee I have a situation where I believe that persons of prejudice in the state are pushing agenda through a vein of the federal government. Such as: persons of the state with prejudice are pushing agenda through the VA to deny me benefits.

It's just after 18 years of no treatment, and my becoming embarrassing to it in military forums and whatnot, they have comes up with a course of action that is detrimental to me, and are using their psych medical staff to execute that plan. I have tried all kinds of measures to stop them, by looking into tort claims, by notifying the Inspector General, by talking to patient rights advocates, nothing works. Being that I cannot use my benefits due to prejudice, they expect me to walk away and I refuse to. Those benefits came to me in a retirement package, and if they are going to secure them they need to put something in its stead.

I guess what I am asking is where to you go to seek relief, when the government errs, to the degree that I believe they have.

Could it be that you simply do not meet the requirements for whatever it is?

I think the nature of your condition may predispose you to believing that certain entities are plotting against you.

Are you still in therapy?

Yes I am in therapy and the people in the VA do the same as you, see the illness as a means to cover their ass. It works well for everyone else, it doesn't work well with me.
