Oh there going to support them? No I am on going on temp disability. Excuse me I am disable atm and trying to avoid going after there dad... well in Canada My first child her dad signed rights away in the 80's to avoid support payments. But I was told the laws changed was all.

In the US, the court WILL NOT relieve a parent from their financial responsibility when or if it means the other parent needs State assistance.
If you want to use Canada's laws, you'll need a Canadian law forum.
No I know your helping me. Sorry If I am coming across wrong. But yes I want to use the american court system and this why I joined.. To find out because see I am telling him what they won't, but he seams to think he can.
I am more then grateful of the advice your giving me trust me. And it proves he is wrong. And yeah I will go after him for child support no doubt. I already had him pay all medical costs to me and the babies. So I have no intent of letting him get off. Hes just feeding me bull crap when I tell him stuff. And I kind pasted the last post from what he said to me.
