Personal Child Support Agreement
My question involves child support in the country of Canada:
I live in Canada my babies daddy there twins, lives in N.C.
I don't not want to go court or force him to pay support. But if I don't get support they will force him. Can we make out our own child support agreement and it will it be binding. And can we also have him sign rights away the same way?
Maybe I should state that I am dual I live both in Canada and the States fifty fifty, So Does that make things any better for me?

Okay, which is it? You're either in Canada, or Florida. Can't be Shroedinger's Poster :)
A child support agreement is not binding unless it is issued by either the court, or child support agency.
And seriously - with regards to "signing off rights", that is NOT going to happen in the US under these circumstances.
Re: Personal Child Support Agreement

That has absolutely nothing to do with your situation. At. All.
The court wants TWO parents to be responsible for a child whenever possible. Now, you initially stated that "they" would force him to pay - who is "they"?
Re: Personal Child Support Agreement
If I go on assistance they can go after him for support right I was told. I am a non working mother. And when I take him to court to get his right taken away the judge can make him pay??
Re: Personal Child Support Agreement
The court is NOT going to "take away his rights". Forget that.
File for child support already - pretty sure the taxpayers don't want to support your children!
