CVC 40802 "Speed Trap"

My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: California

CHP Radar speed approx. 81 in 55

I was found guilty in my TBWD. Officer checked the box for ETS NOT required per VCS 40802 subdivision (b)

The road i was pulled over on is a major collector as identified in the "California Road Systems" maps and is not identified as local. Is an ETS required in this instance?

Does the officer need to provide his radar course and independant test facility calibration documents?

I have a Class A license however this was on a motorcycle. Since the ticket was issued last year would i qualify to take traffic school (new law in place as of Jan. 1st i beleive) if i ask for leniency provided i get found guilty at court?

40802 doesn't apply to 22349.
