Can You Move in with Your Father Without Your Mother's Premission
My question involves juvenile law in the State of: ohio
I'm 16 and live in Ohio. I have been in foster care for about a year and so has my sister for about 2 years. My parents are still legally married so both of them got cudsty rights of me. But my mother called the cops and reported me as a runaway, but i live with my father now. Can he get in trouble by it? And can I still live with my dad without the cops and social serviecs getting in the pic?

If you are supposed to be in foster care, and you ran away to live with your father, then yes, your father can get into a great deal of trouble for that.

Being in foster care means that you are a ward of the court. Neither parent has any say in where you stay if the court has control, so if dad is harboring you against the wishes of the court, dad can go to jail.
