What is the Likely Penalty for Shoplifting

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Kentucky
Well ill begin with i got caught at walmart got booked for 250$ theft by unlawful taking misdemeanor.
i spent the night in jail next morning i got out on MCR which i messed up horribly and then went on the run picked up to Fta's for that stunt stupid i know.
i was caught about a month later and took to jail arraingment i was pleaded not guilty and the fta were appareantly dropped.
i spent about a month and a half in jail and requested house arrest i had allready signed up for rehab earlier aas the judge said i could go if i wanted too.
she granted the house arrest and i stayed out 3 days and went to rehab, i stayed there a total of 87 days before i had finally had enough.
i called my attorney and the house arrest people and they told me that i could leave rehab without any repercussions as long as i reported straight to house arrest and got my ankle bracelet back on. which i did but when i got there the judge called and told the house arrest man to tell me to report to the county jail. i was devasted to say the least but i did it anyway as i just want all this to be over with. and i stood there for about a hour waiting to be booked and they said we aint got a warent or any kind of paper work on you and they said i was free to go . So i did what any body would have done i left walking. called my people went home 2 days later house arrest calls and tell me the judge has agreed to let me back on house arrest . so i promptly go get back on house arrest and been on it about 30 days my court day is soon and im starting to have panic attacks im so nervous. by the time of my court day ill have 2.1/2 months of jail cred time my lawyer said house arrest counts as jail time too. ive been real good on house arrest. i was just wondering realistically what im looking at this is my 1st offense with shoplifting ive got a dui and a posession of marijuana on my record from a year or so ago that ive almost got the fines paid off for and ive completed al lthe classes a long time ago. im just wondering if me leaving rehab had infuriated her enough to send me back to jail my pd seems to think ill be fine and if she dont accept the plea deal when i get it that she will take it to jury trial and said i could stay on house arrest while we wait for that but i was wondering what if the judge decided to pull the house arrest id have to sit in jail while i wait for jury trial. im sorry my typing aint so good and i really dont wanna get flamed could i call walmart and tell them ill pay double the amount of which i stole and agree to not come back in there store and they drop the charges or. idk what to do :wallbang: this is me

No, you can't call WalMart and offer them money to make this go away. It is out of their hands now and in the hands of the prosecutor.

I agree,stay out of trouble and listen to the lawyer,chances are this will be resolved if you behave.

my lawyer seems to think that im gonna get 2 years unsupervised probation or maybe time served. i didnt know wether to believe her or not where she told me i could leave rehab and iwouldnt go to jail and i got sent to jail. but i would like to think you that replied for being kind and not criticizing my typing

I understand you being nervous after you were jerked around,it's a misdemeanor and you already have some time served so what lawyer says makes sense. How much more are they gonna get for when the max sentence is a year most people rarely do that unless they got priors. (your other priors are not theft related which should help).
