Notice of Suspension By Mail
My friend got a notice in the mail that suspended her driver's license. No citation was ever given ect....
Her neighbors told the police she was a reckless driver..ect.
I am shocked to know they suspended her license without a citation, court date ect.
She went to the police station and they told her she need to go to shrink ect...
Now this woman is a breast cancer women survivor a wonderful mom and a God fearing christian woman.
I know her neighbors are drunks ect...
But how on this green earth can a police officer do this?
I feel her rights have been violated...
How can the police take their word for it when they havent even taken her statement ect. and no citation was made.
Just got in the mail thats it. I have never seen it done ever..
What can she do to get her license and stop this slander and violation of rights??
thank you so much!
Re: Notice of Suspension By Mail
Something not right about this thread.
Notices by mail from DMV's typically give a (future) date of suspension as well as the reason for the act.
This is either a hoax (forged suspension letter) or a reason not printed here.
The DMV has to give a reason. They would never send anyone to the police department. Call them and post your findings.
