Can a Police Report Affect Green Card Application
My question involves criminal records for the state of: Michigan

A couple of weeks ago, my (ex) girlfriend, after a verbal fight, did not want to leave my apartment. At that point, I called the police asking them to escort her outside my house. The police came and did their job. They accompanied the girl outside my place and they collected a few personal data about the two of us. I have two questions about this situation. 1) Was a police report written after this meaningless incident (the whole thing lasted 10 min, no big drama involved)? 2) Can such a report affect my (ex) girlfriend's chances to apply for a green card?

    Thanks for you help.

An arrest or criminal conviction can affect the outcome of an application, sure (it can't "affect ... [her] chances to apply for" one, however. She's free to apply.
