How Will a Restraining Order Affect Custody
My question involves a child custody case from the State of: CA
Unfortunately, after my divorce, things got ugly.
My ex managed to get restraining order that included the kids. As a result, i know only have supervised visits once a week. I had 25 percent custody prior to that.
I have been going to the supervised visits every week for several months now. I'm curious, assuming things go well, what kind of custody/visitation can I expect to get when the requirement for a supervisor goes away?
Re: How Will a Restraining Order Affect Custody
You can work with your lawyer to get the restraining order lifted or modified to be less restrictive, then continue to work with your lawyer to attempt to secure more visitation and to phase out supervision.
