My Sons Father Owes Over 64k in Child Support and Illinois Isn't Doing Anything

My question involves child support in the State of: illinois.

My son hasn't received a dime since he was born and it's court order been 8 years. His father owes over 64k and there was already a court order to pay but nothing further. I've called multiple times to get it going but all they said was that his license is suspended and he has no job so i can't get him that way. What else can i do?

Is your case through CSE? You can keep filing contempt, in court, for non-payment but when it comes down to it some people just won't pay their child support no matter what.
