    Help with motion 4030 Michigan
Allright, I have 2 cases 1 in macomb county, and 1 in wayne county, I owe arrages in both cases, I owe 11,000 in macomb, and 24,000 in wayne county. I was unemployed for 4 years due to a medical condition, and failed to take the proper steps to modify my support, so I fell way behind.
Macomb county has issued a bench warrant for my arrest, and wayne county has not wich doesnt really make any sense, because I owe alot more in wayne then macomb. Anyway both countys have issued IWNs to garnish my checks every week, I only bring home about $420 a week and they are taking $160 each week, wich is a little steep for me. I was told to file a motion 4030, wich I have printed out, but do not know, the proper way to fill out this form, I really need help with it as far as what I can attach to this to prove that I need my support lowered, do I send copies of my bills? Any help with motion 4030 would be helpful.
Also is it possible for the mother to opt out , if I was to pay her a lump sum, and she agrees to drop it all, does this work, or does it take alot of court time and paper filing. And if the mother owes the state, would I be able to just pay whatever is owed to the state and the rest be dropped?
I really need help modifing my garnishments, but I know they can take up to 55% of my wages, wich they are taking about 40%, I would hate to go down and they actually raise my support is this possible? and what is the best way to prove that the money they are garnishing is too much.
I also need to find a way to have the bench warrant in macomb dropped, since it does not stop, even though my support is now being paid. I am stuck right now I have talked to a few lawyers who said they would help me, They want $450 up front, before they will do anything wich I can not afford of course. So I was thinking about filing the motion myself. SO if anyone has filed one before who can help would be appriciated.
If I left out any info needed let me know, and I will add to this post. Thank you

    Please Help

Three children, three cases, three mothers? For extricating you from this mess, $450 sounds cheap.

If you want to address the bench warrants, contact the FOC offices handling the cases see if you can arrange to appear in court rather than getting picked up on the warrants, and what evidence they would want to see of your financial situation. You can't just wish and make them go away.

It is only 2 cases, and it is 450 each case. Also I could use answers to my other questions if anyone else can help. Maybe someone who has had to file this same motion. or has dealt with a similar situation.
    Thanks again

If you would use proper terminology for your motion, rather than calling it a "motion 4030", it would help.
