Caught Stealing and Worried About the Consequences

she was charged with retail fraud 3rd degree and the cop said their would be an issue of a warrant and shed have to turb her self in...now will it be a warrant where she just has to go to the jail and do finger prints and not have to sit or pay money or a warrant saying she has to go and sit and have a cash bond? ths is her first time being in trouble and it was only 30 dolllars of merchandise

She will likely get a court date.

She can expect court costs and fines; and a Civil Demand to the store (expect $200). And yes, fingerprints and mugshot, and criminal record. An attorney or public defender can help her with a plea deal or First Offenders Program if it is available in her area.

so will she have to sit in jail with a money bond or will she more then likely get a pr bond? and if she has low income would a public defender cost much? or will she get a attorney given to her based on low income?

That is like three crystal ball quality questions that providing even an educated guess to would most likely not be accurate or helpful.
