Charged With Multiple Misdemeanor Possession Offenses

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Missouri Hello, I have case were 3 misdemdoers are against me 1 unclassified misdemdoer for selling alochol to minor, class a for possestion of marjuana, class a for drug parapHernaEilia. I was wondering what wonder happen to me all these chargers are first offense for me. Had less than gram on me. No search warrent for searching my home. Was not read rights until 4 in morning when I was being brought home. Told me they had could search becuase there could be dead minor in my home. Went room to room found glass pipe on my shelf in view search room found 4 bongs, 2 pipes, 2 grinders, a scale, plastic bags, and roller I use for my cigarettes. I dont sell marjuana in anyway just didn't throw stuff out. Found alochol on minor I sold to at his house unopened with his parents there and nothing happened to him. Can you please let me know what could happen to me? Thanks

You need a lawyer. You could very much end up in jail. "Rights" do not have to be read until they want to question you AFTER arrest.
If there was a plausible explanation as to why there might be a dead minor in your house, they do have the right to enter. Absent real pertinent details, we can't tell.

How can I need up in jail for misdemdoers ? When didn't have much marjuana on me when found. Second was told my police officers that arrested me I would get something like fines or community service. I was just wondering how much fines would be. Also, have to remember this is my offense of anything have no criminal history at all prior to this point. I will hire a lawyer though didn't cross my mind for a second to do that. And there is no way there was any plausible expansion for them searching for a dead minor. When little detail left out policies officer got into my mothers vechile and told her to drive to my house and were also told to wait outside so I could meet them there. So basically just help themseleves in.

Scales, rolling papers, plastic bags = DEALING. There is a charge you are not telling us about.

At the very least, you will be facing court costs and fines, a drug awareness program. I would expect jail time though.

My old neighbors got busted for the marijuana, intent to deal, possesion of cocaine, and possession of stolen Nitrous Oxide tanks. Can we say they went to Prison for so long that Mommy of one ended up selling the house?
