    Military Moves and Child Custody
My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Georgia

My question is that I am a mitary nurse who gets moved every 4 years. From the custody perspective does that make me look unstable or give my sons father has to take him away from me? What's going to happen every time I am up for a move?

If it's a genuine military relocation that is NOT voluntary (versus you deliberately requesting a different post miles away from Dad), then generally speaking they're approved a lot more frequently.

And since you already live in different states the long distance parenting plan won't need to change much.
