Mother Wants Full Custody

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Oklahoma
My ex wife wants full custody and I am not willing to do that. I believe she wants full custody so she can move states with her new husband my ex friend and not have to fight with me about it. I am a disabled vet. I have little income and usually on bed rest. I don't know what to file or send to respond to this. I am scared she will get this just because I have no way to defend or appeal it. Everything she has stated to file this is lies. I love my children and need advise on what to file. Please help if you know anything that will help.

Your wife can seek to move now if she wants. By full custody, do you mean sole? What does the current order say?
