Can I Move in with Someone Without Going to Foster Care
My question involves child abuse or neglect in the State of: Massachusetts

My mom both neglects and abuses me physically and mentally. Is there any possible way that I could go to court and have it so that I can live with the people that said they would let me live with them and they would take 100% care of me legally without being taken to a foster home?

    Very simply, no.

The answer to your question is no, as Dogmatique said. But if you are ever harmed physically, please call the police immediately.

I don't know how old you are, but regardless, you should find someone to talk to. The school guidance counselor is a good start if you are school-age.

Your mom (your dad has a say also, if he's in the picture) can give you permission to live in an appropriate environment outside of the home, and can agree to consent to a guardianship petition - so what does mom have to say about your plan?
