A person or persons unknown at another site arranged for his postings to get into the right hands. For the record, it wasn't me because I hadn't even heard of the site at the time he was making an ass out of himself. Seems to be a pattern.

It was both actually. Mom actually posted on another forum, was quickly advised to delete her posts, and a senior member linked all of John's threads together for her.

Same senior member also forwarded the links to Mom's attorney who was not, and is not, me.

I'm not an attorney - period. But John did get it into his head (for some reason - probably because I was the only one bothering to respond at that point) that I was Mom's attorney.

Go figure. *shrug*

Dude, I know I've warned you about this before. But THINK before you type. This forum has a MUCH smaller window of opportunity in which you can delete or edit threads.

Ya know, at this point, I wonder if he isn't just pulling our chains. His posts went from somewhat coherent, although thick-headed, to Charlie Sheen levels of "winning." So he's either messing with us or has suffered some kind of episode and needs treatment.

I'd love to think that he's trolling. I really would :(

Unfortunately he's for real. Now, he does have a habit of posting nonsense to gain attention - but the bottom line is, he's for real. And this is just one reason why his court orders are so incredibly restrictive.

For the sake of this poor child, the best thing he could do quite honestly is allow Mom's husband to adopt.

I don't doubt he's real...we've all seen the court docket to prove it. :cool:

Is it illegal for her to directly or indirectly contact me? i have a link to share where she is speaking directly at me without using my name.

ya knw all i gotta do is some programming, pretty standard stuff.....

I would never sign away rights to new husband as he will not be around long enough, he really wont be.

Ive always held for the most part i want 50/50 not full..... the best parent is both parents

Thats all that will make me happy. and ill be super happy and stop being disgruntled and get back to being a daddy like i was up untill 9/10/2010.

You cannot pull the rug out from under a parent and expect them to be happy

Is it a good enought reason to petition court to add a send pictures clause into the order since im so far away?

I mean what do some pics hurt ya know..... Shouldnt i at least get pictures of my kiddo?
