Wait. So your "friend" has the same sort of parenting time as you, the kids are the same age, and your both stay at home moms? Life is weird sometimes...

    Oh...crap.

Was I being naive in believing the "it's my friend" thingy? :/

You were being open to all possibilities. Not always a bad thing! : )

Ahhh the attention nazi. You don't want him to have visitation unless he begs. It sound like you are afraid the court will require you to pay support and thus get a job, not that you care about your children.

I needed advice, regardless if it was for me or "my friend". You've answered them and given me some insight to help "my friend". I thank you. I wont be replying to these threads anymore because i did get the answers i needed. If i have anymore questions that arise during "my friends" custody battle, ill be sure to come here and ask. ;))

I don't understand why anyone on here would need to say it's their "friend." These are anonymous. If you were giving them advice in person, I could see someone being embarrassed and saying "it's my friend." But not on an anonymous forum....

I guess being polite and saying thank you for the advice wasnt good enough. I cant delete my threads nor edit them. A few of you seem hell bent on commenting on the way in which i posted my ?s. Im pretty sure you could be offering advice to others on here and helping them rather than critiquing me. So now im gonna say to you, **** off. Admin or mods if you can see these posts, please delete them. Im done here. If i want more advice, ill just pay my attorney.

Don't be a total weirdo and confuse everybody and expect no comment on it. It was strange and people didn't know what was going on. If you found your question answered, then it appears you are done. You drew unnecessary attention to yourself by presenting your question unusually. This forum is anonymous. There's no need to confuse people.

Dude...if you lie in an obvious way, don't be surprised when someone points out the obvious.

Good heavens, we often see through much better fibs than this.
