    What Do I Have to Do to Get Empancipated and How Long Will It Take
    My question involves juvenile law in the State of: arizona
    Hello i am a 16 year old girl who has a baby. Im trying to get married to my baby father and raise my. CHild right.
    I can live with my babyfather in his apartment hes 17. I have a job i make $1100 a month. I attend online school.
    My baby father has a car. So how does this work ? Where do i go? And how long does it take?

    Not..gonna..happen. With your parents consent, you can get married. But you wouldn't be here asking if moms and pops were in your corner.

    The chances that any state will emancipate a teenager who already has a child are about zip. The chances that a teenager who already has a child will qualify for emancipation are about zip.

    If mom and dad will agree to allow you to get married, fine. If they won't, then the only way you're going to be emancipated is by hitting your 18th birthday.

    When the officer becomes a lawyer, is appointed or elected to be judge, and presides over your emancipation petition, his opinion will matter.

    Read this, then tell us how you are going to prove all of the requirements for emancipation.
